Overview
Richmor were responsible for completing a comprehensive tender bid for the high-specification refurbishment of seven school toilet facilities across Hampshire. A critical element of the bid was pricing the complete strip-out and removal of all existing room contents, including the safe disposal of old floors and ceilings. We then costed the supply and installation of brand-new, modern bathroom facilities, carefully pricing durable cubicle systems, robust sanitaryware, and commercial-grade finishes, all aligned to the NBS Spec provided within the tender pack.
Richmor took a balanced approach to this tender, with elements of works being packaged up and sent out to local subcontractors for their specialist input, whilst other elements were priced in-house to ensure the deadlines were met, to give our client time to fully appraise the Schedule of Works.
