Overview

David was the lead cost consultant in these Fire compartmentation and suppression upgrades, which represented a more specialised scope, as well as works including new fire doors, sprinkler system installations, fire alarm system upgrades, roof compartmentation, and associated fire stopping. The fire safety measures required particular attention to sequencing and access, with cost implications needing careful assessment during the pre-construction phase.

The Fire Safety works were to several buildings on the south coast which required commercial support consisting of site surveys, drawing measures/take offs, costing exercises, and client liaison to ensure all scoped items were included and that budgets were acceptable for the client to progress.
