Case Study - Residential M&E Remeasure

Overview

This work involved reviewing, measuring, submitting, and agreeing 100+ Electrical variations for a well known M&E company. These works were methodical, accurate and involved great attention to detail to correctly and fairly re-measure a large number of service route changes, specialist kit, and additional electrical requirements.

David was successfully able to agree an outcome that left all parties feeling satisfied with the final account, where both the client received value for money, and the contractor was able to remain profitable. This was largely down to meticulous measurement and recording of data which was then presented and negotiated during in-person meetings with the main contractor.
