The appointment as lead quantity surveyor covered the crucial cost planning stages from RIBA Stage 3 through to Stage 4a, culminating in tender management and contract formation. The project required careful coordination with multiple stakeholders, including national frameworks and sporting associations, each with specific process requirements and value expectations.
