Overview
Richmor are providing commercial support consisting of tender analysis, this involved a tender return review and commentary on rates and allowances made by the contractor, a comparison against initial budgets, and optional value engineering to be explored further to ensure value for money is achieved.
By adopting a collaborative approach, we aim to work transparently where feasible, with the contractor, to understand build-ups, spec allowances and programme implications. Our approach intends to help with contract negotiations and aims to mitigate post-contract issues by removing ambiguity of the requirements as early as possible, whilst working as a team to deliver a project that the whole team is proud of.
