Overview
Refurbishing public healthcare facilities requires a delicate balance between strict clinical compliance and tight public-sector budgets. For a recent NHS Health Centre refurbishment project, Richmor provided comprehensive cost planning and estimation services to help transform an ageing facility into a modern, compliant clinical space. With careful consideration and understanding of NHS specs for counters, flooring and hygienic ceiling tiles, we were able to compile an accurate and competitive tender return.
We successfully balanced the bid between tender enquiries with subcontractors and suppliers, as well as costing some elements ourselves using the latest industry pricing books to ensure a well-rounded bid that took into account the detail, whilst still meeting the tender return deadline.
